Yoga Retreats

Tara Yoga holds regular half day yoga retreats which is an excellent opportunity for some real “time out” just for you. The retreats include (but are not restricted to) an extended yoga practice to enable the student to truly feel and enjoy the many benefits of yoga, meditation and long relaxation. The half day retreats also include a delicious morning tea.

Tara Yoga also offers longer retreats with the addition of a healthy lunch and entertainment/relaxation/participating in listening to the awesome ‘Sandalwood Kirtan’.

The most recent exciting retreat has been Tara Yoga’s first overseas yoga retreat to Bali. This was an extremely exciting and enjoyable time had by all that come along.

Future overseas trips to Bali and possibly Cambodia will be on the agenda, so if you are interested contact Sharryn to express your interest as spaces are very limited and go very fast.

 After a morning of experiencing yoga with affirmations we enjoyed a delicious lunch made by the very talented Hayley.

Following lunch we were enchanted by some awesome kirtan music from Sandalwood Kirtan. Some joined in the singing while others simply chilled
