Yoga is a practice that connects the body, breath, and mind. It uses physical postures, breathing exercises, and meditation to improve overall health.
During this Beginners Yoga Course, you will learn some of the physical and mental benefits of yoga. You will be introduced to the wonderful art of relaxation together with some breathing techniques, yoga theory and mindfulness meditation enabling you to switch off the chattering mind and start to feel energised, calmer and stress free.
Yoga is a journey of re-connecting with your body – a looser freer body, a sense of ease and calm, more energy and resistance to illness. Postures work on all the major muscles, joints, glands & organs of the body. Thus bringing strength to the weak spots and softness to the tight spots.

If you own a yoga mat, please bring one. If not, we do have spare mats and option to buy a mat at the studio.
