This class is suitable for any age group who would like to experience a gentle yoga class. Beginners are more than welcome and also those who may have restricting injuries or are only able to do their yoga in a chair. A lovely combination of Hatha Yoga and Dru Yoga make this class enjoyable for everyone. This class includes stretching and limbering the body in preparation for yoga postures (asanas). Gentle flowing sequences and various breathing techniques are also included. The class concludes with a healing body relaxation.
Tuesdays 1:45pm – 3:00pm (10% Seniors Discount to those who hold a Seniors Card)
This class runs in terms. A deposit of $40 secures a place and the balance is due when the term commences. If a class is missed during the term the option is available to make the class up at another class during that term.
Term 1: 14 Jan – 7 April 2020 (13 weeks) = $195
Term 2: 28 Apr – 30 June 2020 (10 weeks) = $150
Term 3: 21 July – 22 Sept 2020 – (10 weeks) = $150
