Gentle Yoga

This class is suitable for any age group who would like to experience a gentle class.

Beginners are more than welcome and also those who may have restricting injuries as alternatives are always given.

This class includes stretching and limbering the body, breathing techniques (pranayama) and asana (yoga postures) to help build strength and balance. The class finishes with a guided healing meditation and body relaxation.

Tuesdays 1:45pm – 3:00pm

This class runs in terms. A deposit of $40 (non refundable) secures a place and the balance (less deposit) is due on or before the term commences.

(10% seniors discount to those who hold a Seniors card)

If a class is missed during the term the option is available to make the class up at another class during that term.

Term 2: 19 May – 14 July 2020 – (9 weeks) = $135

Term 3: 21 July – 22 Sept 2020 – (10 weeks) = $150

Term 4: 13 Oct – 15 Dec 2020– (10 weeks) = $150
