In hatha yoga, you move your body slowly and deliberately into different poses that challenge your strength and flexibility, while at the same time focusing on relaxation and mindfulness.

Hatha yoga places special emphasis on controlled breathing and posture. Poses are usually held for several breaths before you move onto the next. Hatha classes provide an opportunity to stretch, unwind, and release tension.

Slow flow yoga helps you improve mindfulness, breathwork, flexibility, balance, and strength, but it does so in a less intensive way than other styles.

Slow flow is all about slowing down and concentrating on your mind-body connection. Slow Flow classes to help you find the space between poses while still retaining the gentle rhythm of a flow yoga class.

This class is beautiful mix and balance of both Hatha and slow flow.

Breathing techniques (pranayama) are included and the class finishes with a guided healing meditation / relaxation.

You will leave this class feeling calm, peaceful and yet energised and determined for your day / week ahead.
