Morning Hatha Flow
Every Wednesday (Term/Casual)
6.00 AM till 7.00 AM (Betty)
A yoga practice that is efficient, pleasurable, powerful, and safe. Embodying the principles of yoga originally taught by Krishnamacharya is to engage a direct relationship with Life. Yoga is to participate in life as it is. Your Yoga brings all the opposites of your life into profound union. By merging the inhale with exhale, strength to receptivity, above to below you will experience the profound polarities of your heart and the pleasure principle of life. This is hatha yoga, the union of “sun and moon” in which the heart, the whole is realised.
This class is recommended for everyone no matter what your yoga background or experience is.
