We will together focus on sharing or seeking wisdom, insights or valuable life lessons. The session will involve sharing meaningful quotes, reflecting on personal experiences, offering advice, or engaging in discussions centered around topics related to wisdom, personal growth, and life’s deeper aspects.

The idea behind “Wisdom Wednesday” is to encourage you to take a moment each week to pause, reflect, and engage in meaningful conversations that promote learning, self-awareness, and the cultivation of wisdom.

Priesh who is trained by monks will be leading this session and sharing enlightening timeless wisdom for these modern times. These methods allow us to find more purpose and peace of mind, health and well-being, joy and harmony in our lives.
