Dive into dynamic yet mindful movement practice which includes transitions between poses as well as grounding moments of stillness. Uplifting, flow vinyasa incorporating the energy of elements within the body & intuitive movement.

Beautiful option if you’re looking for enjoyment of active vibes finished off with melting holds.

This class is open to all levels.

Casual Class – $18 per class


Term Bookings – $14 per class
Term 4 : 10 Oct – 18 Dec (10 weeks)

A deposit of $40 (non refundable) secures your place for the next term. The balance (less deposit) is due on or before the term commences. Payment is either cash or bank transfer.

If a term class is missed during the term, it can be made up at one of the other classes during that term.

Meet your teacher : Beka

“I grew up in an active family, studied sports science, and was an instructor of various physical activities such as dance and mat exercise. Simply- the movement and sports were always part of my life.

But discovering Yoga five years ago hit me differently. It helped me understand the deeper connection beyond movement and taught me how to listen to my inner voice.
I knew I wanted to learn more and share it with others. I have been proudly mentored by the Australian Santosha Yoga Institute and became a part of the yoga international community. My journey was led by various yoga and philosophy teachers, and I am deeply grateful for the loving wisdom my mentors have shared with me so far.

I love to create the classes with a holistic approach that includes mental, physical, and spiritual aspects. By attending my classes you will be led through balanced mix of breathing technique, poses ( asana practice) and meditation.
My passion is to guide people into their depth and support them in their own needs, expression and healing capacity through movement and stillness.”

Meet your teacher : Janki

Janki is passionate about wellness and health. She encourages students to use the exploration of breath, movement and the connection of the mind as they travel through their practice. Janki has completed her yoga training here in Perth, Australia and has been practising yoga from a young age. Come join a class to explore your inner works.
