Warrior Class at Tara Yoga is suitable for all ages no matter how flexible or inflexible you may be. If you’re not that flexible this is EXACTLY the reason why you should come along and give yoga a try. It doesn’t matter what your body shape is as options will be given to accommodate everyone in the class. The fact that yoga is non-competitive allows you to do what is right for your body including being aware of any injuries.
