Hatha Yoga
In hatha yoga, you move your body slowly and deliberately into different poses that challenge your strength and flexibility, while at the same time focusing on relaxation and mindfulness.
Hatha yoga places special emphasis on controlled breathing and posture. Poses are usually held for several breaths before you move onto the next.
Hatha classes provide an opportunity to stretch, unwind, and release tension.
Breathing techniques (pranayama) are included and the class finishes with a guided healing meditation / relaxation.
You will leave this class feeling calm, peaceful and yet energised and determined for your day / week ahead.[/one_half]
This class runs all year and bookings are essential.

Tuesday 9:30am – 11:00am (90mins) – CASUAL CLASS – Gentle/Beginner
This is a Casual Gentle/Beginner 90min class. Payment is either $25 or a 5 class pass is $105 (valid 4 months, no refunds or extensions)
Wednesday 7:30pm – 8:30pm (60mins) – CASUAL CLASS -Beginner/Intermediate
This is a Casual Beginner/Casual 60min class. Payment is either $18 or a 5 class pass is $75 (valid 4 months, no refunds or extensions)
